Battle #2: We have a winner...

Our second battle was fierce. One artist however, emerged victorious.
Congrats to Chris for his solid work and a standing ovation to Matteo for his sweet illustration.
Chris' "Another World" will be printed in a limited-run soon.

Battle #1: We have a winner...

That's right, we have our first winner at Reckless Erica. Anjo Bolarda takes it by a slim margin (with 52% of your votes).
Big congrats to Anjo and a special thanks to Jesse Hora for putting up a valiant fight. We've printed the tee in a limited-run but in all sorts of sizes.
Gets your hands on one today >

A Braided Beaded Balls Suit
Dana Haim is a good friend and an even better artist. She has studied at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Shenkar College in Israel. She currently resides in London and is an amazing talent when it comes to textile design, drawing, sketching, colors and so forth. The above video is a trippy little teaser of her (hilariously titled) braided beaded balls suit. Enjoy.

Anjo Bolarda for Reckless Erica

Anjo is a sick doodle artist and illustrator. His drawings confirm our diagnosis of his possible obsession to never let go of a pen. We of course wanted this addict and talent to take a stab at our first battle. He did, with a submission entitled, "Remember."
Remember your first beer? first time? first love? first porno? Ahhh, it's just so right for this theme and our love of all the above. Enjoy.
Jesse Hora for Reckless Erica

Jesse is a well-skilled graphic designer/illustrator working and living in Chicago, Illinois. His range of design and aesthetic from amazing type solutions to comical illustrations were easily what led to him being one of our first invited artists. He accepted and jumped right in.
We had nothing more than a rough idea for a site when we first reached out to Jesse, so we owe him special thanks for getting involved in something so unrefined at the time.
Jesse's submission to our first theme, "there's always a first", fit the times just perfectly. An original illustration of President Obama with a little bird on his shoulder saying, "Numero Uno."
